If you run a mainframe migration program, your day isn't spent in the code. It's spent answering two questions: Are we on track, and how do we know?

This demo shows how Imogen, our mainframe modernization platform, helps program managers with those questions. Imogen answers them with evidence rather than status decks.

This is the system overview. Every application in scope, lines of code, data sources, and program type distribution parsed from the existing system.

The graph view shows why sequencing is hard. Each node is an application, and each line is a dependency Imogen found by reading the code. This is the shape of the estate as it stands, including connections that are missing from your documentation.

You can see which applications move together and where a dependency crosses a wave boundary. Those crossings are the risk you want to find now rather than later. This helps create the migration plan, a living document that shows the overall approach, the sequence of each wave, and migration trends. It updates automatically as the migration progresses.

And you can view the progress of the modernization engineers, what's completed, in-flight, and blocked, broken out by wave. If you need to change the migration plan, you can using plain language.

Imogen rewrites the plan, shows what shifted, and recalibrates.

With Imogen, you don't need to ask constantly for status reports from your engineers. You can see what they're doing, and you can share actual measurable progress directly from the interface. No slideware or separate spreadsheets needed.
